We offer a 3-day exchange policy from the date of delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Exchange Conditions

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

• All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.

• Your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue are required for verification.

No Refunds & No Returns

• We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

• We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.

• Only eligible items that meet the exchange conditions will be exchanged.
